PHILOSOPHY OF QUALITY
Since “Obleas Pastor” we are committed to all those who for one reason or another have to take special care with their food, and always know what are the ingredients used in the manufacture of a product. For all these people, especially we dedicate this section, and from there try to answer any questions you may have about the products we produce in wafers Pastor.
Our quality and transparency has led us to impose simplicity in all our wafers, but taking care of all the little details during processing, which make our products unique and incomparable.
We have quality certification APPC / AENOR IFS.
All the ingredients we use are 100% natural and are specified in detail in the labeling.
- GLUTEN-FREE: All our varieties of wafers are made with potato starch flour 100% natural and do not contain gluten.
- WITHOUT EGG: None of the varieties used egg, nor any of its derivatives, so there can not be any pollution or traces of this product wafers.
- LACTOSE-FREE: None of the varieties used milk, nor any of its derivatives, so there can not be any pollution or traces of this ingredient on the wafers.
